Jason is a Board Certified construction lawyer with extensive experience representing contractors, owners and design professionals in a broad range of construction transactions and disputes. His practice focuses on contract drafting, lien and bond claims and all types of construction disputes such as construction defects, delay claims, contract disputes, etc. He also frequently serves as mediator and arbitrator of construction disputes and serves on the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Construction Neutrals.
All construction disputes must be mediated if they do not otherwise settle before arbitration or trial. Most commercial construction contracts have arbitration clauses. This has created a significant demand for Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) neutrals like Jason. Jason has the experience and expertise to successfully mediate and arbitrate all types of construction disputes that often involve multiple parties and many complicated legal and factual issues.
